I have a lifelong interest in health and the human condition! Having completed my Philosophy degree I had a brief stint in the City before I found my true calling in complementary healthcare, first as a reflexologist and then also as a yoga teacher.
Now with over 15 years’ experience, I have successfully worked with many different conditions – particularly stress and its related health issues such as insomnia, fatigue, anxiety and headaches – and in women’s health where I specialise in treating women from pre-conception through to pregnancy and post-natal recovery. In addition, I can address muscular-skeletal and postural issues, as well as helping clients recover from and prevent injury.
I also have many years’ experience in offering support to people living with cancer, having worked as a reflexologist first for the North London Hospice and then Cancerkin at the Royal Free Hospital where I now teach a weekly yoga class for breast cancer patients. Over the years I have found my ongoing training in each discipline also informs and enriches the other, meaning my clients get the benefit of both! My approach is therapeutic with all treatments and classes being tailored to get the best results for each individual.
I am a full and insured member of the Association of Reflexologists and the British Wheel of Yoga, and am CNHC registered.
