Having practiced Pilates regularly and preached its benefits to anyone who would listen, Steph decided to turn her passion into a career and left her job in film and TV to train as an instructor when pregnant with her first baby. She trained with JPilates in London and is qualified in contemporary mat, reformer and pre & post natal Pilates. Committed to expanding her knowledge and staying up to date with the most recent research and developments, Steph regularly attends workshops and courses and has additional qualifications in lower back pain, Barre and small equipment. Steph has experienced the power of Pilates to heal and strengthen the body first hand. She is dedicated to helping her clients achieve their highest potential and believes body awareness is a life-changing skill. She aims to tailor her teaching style to her clients but generally has a calm, empathetic yet thorough approach and strives for everyone to leave her class feeling great.
